We take things slow—allowing them to approach us at their own pace, offering gentle reassurance, and observing their body language. We always start with a free meet-and-greet (or two) so both pets and their humans can get to know us in a calm, low-pressure environment.

Our experience with rescues, senior pets, and special-needs companions comes not just from our work, but from our lives—our own special-needs dog has taught us patience, understanding, and the joy of celebrating every little victory. Caring for these pets is truly a privilege, and they always hold a special place in our hearts.
